I have Hemochromatosis and just started taking IP6 Inositol Hexaphosphate to help get rid of excess iron. I noticed that about 15 minutes after I take it, I start to feel a sense of well being. I feel good. Do you know why this happens? It dosnt last all day though. I'm just curious. I feel bad most of the time and this seems to make me feel better. I didnt expect to feel anything from taking it, just heard it would help remove the iron. Thanks in advance for any answers.
