Well, I don't think I can say that, or if it has I can't tell it yet.. I can only say that it hasn't caused any trouble with my blood sugar, and I would know if it had.

One thing is for sure though, it's doing *something*, even though I'm not sure exactly what. I know the blackstrap is supplying lots of good minerals, I know fresh lemon juice is a great thing to drink, I know ACV is great stuff, I know raw Honey is healthy, in addition to being delicious.

Adding the fresh-squeezed lemon juice was a major factor in the life force of this drink; Adding the bottled stuff didn't hold a candle to the fresh-squeezed.

I may or may not continue to add the Limewater, I haven't decided yet. I'm about to post a question about it in a few minutes.
