I dunno, I seem to do it instinctively now, well, ever since I've been eliminating better.

For example, I just took two days "off" iodine, I didn't plan on it - I just did it instinctively.

So, at least for me, as long as I'm drinking enough water daily to urinate properly, and taking the LBB's help me to have regular BM's, I'm able to instinctively know when to take Iodine and when to take a break.

Proper elimination of waste is SO important!

I've also started exercising more regularly...

I want to create a "new" me!
