Hallo!

I have had about the same experiences with my blood pressure. It went down remarkably after having taken an ayurvedic product - some herbs were the same as i muktavati. But I began with some yogabreathing at the same time, so I am not quite sure what has brought the pressure down, herbs or breathing, perhaps both.

I am interested in knowing what yoga your naturopath recommended. Pleas tell us! Thanks!
