My ex crossed the Delaware Memorial bridge going to work everyday back in the 70s when we had an oil "shortage."  He, his dad and brother laughed about the "shortage" because they SAW the supertankers lined up as far as the eye could see waiting to be unloaded ... gazillions of barrils of oil sitting in the Delaware River and Bay while the news told us the Saudi's refuled to pump for us.
