Yeah, I'm really excited about starting a fast.

I'm going to go for some extra nutrient saturation in the next month (tons of fresh juices, sprouts, etc) and then I'm going to dive in...

I'll let everyone know when I begin and I'll keep a log of my experiences, concerns, etc...
