I wanted to bring Megan's thread up here to continue with- she had asked about colon cleansing with parasites in the way in a thread further down...I was so glad to see Megan post here, and know that she has been a long time CZ "veteran", has been battling the parasites a long time- has had the panic attacks with them, especially in the beginning years- I'd asked her about liver flushing, which I knew she had done at some point. I wanted to repost some of the information Doc has given that has made the most sense to me in this "journey"- and it's unfortunate that you don't hear much about liver flushing on the parasite forum, and you don't hear much about parasite cleansing on the liver flush forum. The information Doc gives shows why it goes hand in hand.

I've done extensive liver flushing over the years. I don't get stones out anymore and eventually I stopped doing them because it seemed I'd taken them as far as I could, and I wasn't noticing health improvements anymore by this point. but they did make a huge difference to me to begin with. I'll do maintence flushes still now.....but, I hadn't thought of trying a series of them, maybe weekly, as constant liver clearing, regardless if there's stones or not. I don't think it'd hurt. I always use less oil, and don't need epsom salts anymore, seems worth a try..

Doc says about panic attacks:

Parasites secrete ammonia as a normal biological waste product. If you've ever smelled smelling salts you know what ammonia smells like. Ammonia is a strong adrenal stimulant. It stimulas the adrenals to secret adrenalin. Well adrenalin is mostly used for the fight or flight machanism we've all heard about. But when there's nothing to fight or flee from it's called a panic attack.

I sufferd with them for years and they do ruin your life.

So, once the bugs are gone - no more ammonia - no more adreal stimulation - no more panic attacks. It's great.

Why parasites and liver stones go hand in hand:

As a general rule if you're passing stones you still have some parasites in the liver. If the stones are dark green or gray they've been it there for quite a while. There usually is some eggs behind that stone. Within two weeks you've got all the parasites symptoms again.

Happened to me about a year ago. I hadn't needed any bug killer in years. I passed about 6 dark green stones after a flush in October last year. (I hadn't flushed in 6 months). I didn't think much about it. Two weeks later all the sysmptoms came back. Eggs behind the stones.

I think the biggest reason the stones develop in the first place is the bodies attempt to isolate the parasite eggs to protect the rest of the body from the bugs.

I tried Clarks flush just once and I couldn't drink the epsom salts. Gave me a lump in my throat so bad I couldn't swallow. So I never did complete the flush. So I've gone with the coke, olive oil and lemon flush. I've never had a problem with it. Nothing ever caught in the Common Bile duct and usually feel great the next day or even after the oil passes (about 4-6 hours).

I've heard about the lemonaide flush but haven't heard of anyones results one way or the other about it. But as a general rule if it makes you sick the next day I doubt it's effectivenes. Or it means the bugs are still there.

You can go too far with the flushes too. When the liver needs to heal it needs to heal, don't be flushing it out. You'll flush out all the necesary components that are doing the healing. Thus you'll get sick for a few days afterwards. Well, not really sick but very fatigued, run down feeling, no energy. Of course I learned that the hard way.

After a successful flush it seems like the body says "Thank you". If it makes you sick the next day you've still got some parasites. If it wipes you out for up to a week back off on the flushes.

The best way to recognize you need a flush is the food won't go down. You eat a meal and it just sits there. Then you start to bloat and have that full feeling forever.

Other symptoms include: Bowels won't work right, urine gets real dark (almost orange), body odor, fatigue, bad attitude, depression, and probably a few more. Of course if left alone leads to all the so-called diseases.

some of the stuff parasites give off:
http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=948314

My situation was rather unique. When the lymphatic debris started breaking loose it had an anesthetic quality to it. When parasites attach themselves to you, at the site of attachment they secrete an anesthetising agent so your body can't feel them. That is absorbed into your body by the lymphatics and I was loaded with it. I had the bugs with me for 27 years at the time and they left a rather large volume of debris behind. So when that stuff would break loose and hit the liver it automatically clogged it up. Liver couldn't feel it. So I had to flush everyday for a while. I've never seen anyone else that had to do that so don't worry about it.

The anesthitising part I already knew about from my days in the jungle in Vietnam. Every morning we would have to visually look at ourselves to see where the parasites were atttached because we couldn't feel them. If you tried to pull the parasite off it hurt like hell and took a nice chunk of skin with it so we lit a smoke and touched the back of them and they fell right off.

If you're flushing without first doing an antiparasite program you're asking for trouble. Minimum two weeks on Barefoots DeWormer before any flushing. Read my "Basics" program elsewhere on this forum.
