Hi Girls: Hey that little tummy bulge could be hormones too. If you've had a hysterectomy, 20 years later you look like a pear. Fat bottom, skinny top. Hormones do that.

I always advise Maca Root powder. Great stuff, gets rid of the PMS symptoms, menopausal symptoms and hot flashes. Tends to get rid of that roll around the middle also.

Otherwise, try a different bug killer. Get some "Clear" from Awareness Corp. I killed a lot of nasty looking bugs with that stuff. It's what I relied on before I met Barefoot.

You might have a tapeworm in your colon too. In that case get some Standard Process Zymex II.
