True. Where can you get the things to test for ph? I think I did this a long time ago but I dont remember.

Im wondering if chronic emotional issues (buried childhood trauma) could leave one in a constantly acidic state without them even knowing it.

Ive been doing therapy lately and realizing that even when I feel ok, there is a lot of pain festering under the surface. A scary amount of pain. Im begining to do the real work of sorting myself out, and see its going to be a long road ahead. Im wondering what a lifetime of stress has been doing to me physically.
