FYI Vit C is "known" to cause eliminations or softennig of the stools. Part of the measure of folks who are into megadosing with Vit C is cut back dosage when their stools get real soft or they get diarhea. I would imagine on an empty system the introduction even of small doses like Emergen_C enters the system quite readily  and could possibly stimulate evacuations.

Laxatives will stimulate evacuations too but that is not the topic of discussion here now is it? You are going off on a tangent that is completly irrelevant to the SWF and the MASTER CLEANSE.
