I dream of luxurious lion mane...when my hair goes back to what it once was, that will be a huge indicator that populations have decreased. changes in hair was one of the first signs my health was on the down slide...little did I know back then. I wonder if some black walnut will help a bit, is that what mh uses in the natural iodine?

I use llb and oil of oregano, and they help quite a bit. I should add in olive leaf again, I've not used it much, and tinctures I haven't done in a very long time. I love making my own mixes. somehow I just got to taking them as powder and teas. I think I didn't want the alcohol, although I guess that can be boiled off too. I should do some tinctures, they are stronger which would help. I never thought of mullein and lobelia though. I'll look into these. thanks.
