... just wanted to be completely certain-- I'd hate to follow the
diet for the wrong type!

Am finishing day 11 of my first cleanse, and after reading your post
to the gal on day 22, am thinking about hanging on a little longer
to see if or more likely how much sludge my 35 year old colon will
produce!
