I lost all m excess weight - from 280 to 190 lbs. Drinking home made konbucha tea (aged 10 to 14 days to convert the Sugar in it) - but I drank it like half a gallon a day. Also I eat very alkaline - like moreless PH forum information - to kill out the mrsa I am hoping Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (see forum) does the trick over time as my friend has it bad but maybe I do too.
