Hi megan.
I used Schulze's formula #2 along with Barefoot's LBB. That helped the situation in me that you are talking about here. For me, Schulze's #2 formula can be drying to the intestines.
Maybe the aloe vera would loosen things up a bit. I think Doc told WannaSeeWorms that this would cause one to be a little loose if they had diarrhea.
