I know, get rid of the parasites. I'm trying, but they do not leave nicely. I wish they would.

I've read of people even getting rid of parasites just with colon cleansing. and colon cleansing is step one of all cleansing anyhow...but I can't even get this to work. I'm so frustrated, I've been trying for a long time. as soon as things start to loosen up a bit, the parasites shut me down, and nothing works.

the closest I've come to getting a colon cleanse to work is a homemade mix of flaxseed, slippery elm, marshmallow, apple pectin, and a tiny bit of psyllium (not much, it's like concrete in me). but with time, even this I can't keep on because my digestive system just shuts down, it doesn't work at all. and I become so painfully dry and bloated. I'm drinking the water! at least 2 quarts/day, usually 3. it's the parasites. they are very resistant, I've been at them a long time. I've brought the populations down I think, but they are still there, and enough of them.

would high dose digestive enzymes on empty stomach help at all for colon cleansing? I'm at my wits end. I know if I can have some success at least in this area, the rest of cleansing would work much better.

any suggestions?
