I thought feeling enthusiastic meant feeling buzzing, happy, enjoying the journey. I guess you could call it feeling emotionally high on life. I dont have this as much as I want. Is it not how we should feel most of the time?

I thought this is this what being present in the moment and accepting where you are right now while enjoying your journey is supposed to feel like?

I dont feel bored but I feel just content, okay (not excited) where I am, missing the feeling of pure joy somehow. I think thats what Beth meant too - did you Beth?
