Just to let you know, I took horopito first, which seemed to cure the yeast. EXCEPT it came back within days whenever I stopped taking it. However, an article I saw posted here said that there is a bacteria left behind after candida is cured, which starts the candida all over again. So they recommend killing it with caprylic acid (horopito worked fine for me), then forcing probiotics (I used yogurt starter) into the system to prevent re-infection.

It's been a couple weeks without the horopito and without the usual symptoms - diarhhea every day!

I used yogurt starter before, but got better results after the horopito. Good luck.
