Fasting could be the reason for the change in creatinine level. I don't think UT was it because the % of creatinine in the blood should be very close the % of creatinine in the urine. I wouldn't worry about the efficacy or side effects of uropathy. Your urine will safely heal your kidneys. At first I did questioned if my own reoccurring kidney infections were because of UT too, but they were not. I know that because I didn't stop the UT and with time, sure enough, the infections went away for good. It was the same with many of my symptoms. The majority of them took 2-3 months to go away, but they didn't do it all at once, they slowly diminished until they were gone. That was my experience. The kidney infections I had were persistent. I really had to start drinking water like crazy to fend them off and then I did UT every morning, which healed my kidneys. So it took my kidneys longer to heal than most of my other symptoms, but I'm better now.
