I have heard of the blood type diet, but haven't yet tried it.  There's a guy at work that I helped to get on the natural healing path whose doctor has put him on this diet.  I am blood type O+ as well...  I might have to look into it a little more.

Thanks for the reminder that the blood type diet is out there.
