Again, thank you for all the information and support. It has really helped me out, I did an enema 2 days ago, and I saw a rock come out, but it did not look like a liver stone, instead it look somewhat like a huge chunk of an Amalgam filling, to my knowledge I never had swallowed one, but maybe I did as a child. It was almost as large as a pea. Whatever it was im glad its out, and my digestion is improving but very gradually. I continued with the P&B shakes, 2x daily, but I will increase to 3 times today. I think the enemas are helping. I read somewhere that it helps to take Epsom Salt an hour before the enema, I took 3/4 of a teaspoon with a cup of water 1 hour and 10 minutes before the enema. I took a wild guess with the dosage, but it worked just fine. It would be helpful to know the most effective dosage as I find that I do not have trouble with the taste. Do you its possible to take Epsom Salt before the Shultz mini flushes? Maybe this might help me with those, I wonder if I should have taken Epsom Salt the day I got sick off of the OO. Any advice is appreciated.
