My kids are 4 and 3.  My 4 year old is very picky and doesn't want anything to do with the lemonade!  My 3 year old is already a health nut (chooses salad over pizza) and loves mommy's lemonade (without cayenne).  One time, he got a hold of my lemonade bottle with cayenne in it.  I know he was in pain, but boy was it funny!

Good luck to you breaking!  This is the hardest part for me.  When I can't eat, I can't eat.  But when I'm breaking, I sometimes give into temptations that I shouldn't.
