You should see the doctor and tell them about the autoimmune disorder.Or some other specialist that can diagnose you with that condition.I also think autoimmune disease is effecting my gums and lips.My gums are red and weird white stuff would be around it with the teeth.Medication did nothing to help but i felt better inside.Im gonna have to see a gum specialist .And I did have a Candida Overgrowth.ProBiotics and Some pills helped me a lot.My lips are now flaky and under control for now. 7 days so far.And my lips are still intact .It just looks like a scab but doesnt have the horrid brown color.Avoid drinking Coke or pepsi
