This sounds like candida as well as liver. I would start with an herbal stimulant like a senna blend or cascara
blend to open the colon, only take it for a few days at a time and then take a break you don't want your body to become dependent on it. Take an enzyme blend and eat foods that help digest food like papaya. I would like to see you try an anti-candida diet. Have you had your thyroid tested I suspect you this could be the reason behind your hair thinning.
