I apologize, as I am just now seeing this
post. I hope you waited for another week
before Liver Flushing as it is important
that you have resumed eating and have begun
to have a good flow of bile going before
liver flushing. After fasting it takes a
couple of weeks for digestion to really
come back into balance.
As for oil, surely you can find some good
oils where you are, flax or olive?? It
used to be a bit of a stretch for me to
just pour a tablespoon of olive oil into
a spoon and slurp it down but it gets
easier and especially when you realize
how good it is for your body, your choice
to do it feels good.
