I am wondering how many calories are in the average juice? I have been mixing everything from cantelope, strawberries, apples, carrots, to cucumbers, broccoli, etc.

I cannot find anywhere online how many calories it all has. I am probably drinking about 45 ounces of juice daily, plus another 40 ounces of green tea (which I know has VERY little calories).

Is that too much?
