Yes, it has been easier for me. I was getting desperate and I am thankful that I just found something that is working.

Before this, I was seriously considering packing a tent and going into the desert with a truckload of water for a few weeks. Anything to get away from the bombardment of reminders to eat. Come to think of it -- that would be a great outing to plan with a group of like minded people.

Anyone interested in planning a fasting vision quest ... ?
