Do you fast a complete day. Bedtime of the previous day, all day fasting, and eating from breakfast following day, or do you do from dinner one day to dinner the next. I know people do all sorts.

I've been reading the Fast5 on Yahoo. Eat for a 5 hr window and fast the rest. Not sure about that one, that is 19hrs fasting. I would think people would eat more than normal in that time, if they knew they had only 5 hrs. They also say you can eat what you like in that time, umm
