Thanks for the information. I think i will start cooking with something other than olive oil. I also have heard of coconut oil being good for cooking. Ive been using olive oil since i can remember for cooking hopefully i haven't hurt my body too badely. I'm also very excited since i just ordered olive oil in capsules so i can do my live cleanses also capsules to put the epsom salt in since i heard it really doesn't taste good and i don't want anything to hinder cleaning my liver out. The first 2 times i didn't do epsom salt and still had results thankfully nothing went wrong now that i know the epsom salt relaxes the ducts so the larger stones don't get stuck and cause pain..
