HI,
I know this message was posted in 2006, but I was just wondering if you've found any relief for your hypnic jerks. I have this condition and keep being prescribed drugs that I really don't want to take by my neurologist. It happened out of the blue and I'm trying anything I can think of to get rid of it. Thank you.
