It is all very interusting i'm soaking all this info up! :) I'm so excited just got an email saying my humaworm is on its way yea! Haven't tried it yet so excited about getting started. I did a coffee enema yesterday for the first time (ive been doing lemon enemas for quite a while) and it seemed different than the lemon ones. Almost like a releasing sensation near my liver area and the water was a very dark green which is unusual for me.... I'm going to do another one today!! after my excercise and sauna so i'm anxious to see what happens this time.

I'm wondering what your eye soreness is from.. thats curious??? glad its going away. I'm tired alot too so hopefully after the cleanse i will feel better... I have done 2 liver flushes in the last 2 years and both times i had 40+ small jade colored stones come out when i did the enemas the next morning ( i was very surprised since i'm only 25 and been mostly vegetarian for the last 7 years) I don't think i can do anymore though i was sooooooooooooooo sick with both of them. I could barely get the oil down and even now when i cook with olive oil i gag just from pouring it in the pan then i was throwing up for hours after about 3 hours but it must have gotten enough through my liver to clean part of it up.. I really wish there was another effective way of doing liver flushes...
well gotta hit the illiptical machine so here's to our health.
