We read the book that was sent with the kit. It's mostly advertisements for more products but from the information about cleansing and detoxing we could extract from the book we're doing the process as we should. We had a normal vegan diet before hand.

My understanding was this:

If you have at least one BM/day then you may start the cleanse with Formula #2. I didn't need Fourmula #1 to have the BM.

What I am saying is that #2 has not changed my BM's at all.

I'm just feeling plugged.
