The skin doesn't lie, it takes over when the liver/kidneys/colon are over worked or failing to expell the waste.

Clogging up the feet stops them from removing the waste as well.

Certainly every poison adds to the situation or extra work of our skin.

When doing a 40 day orange juice fast the skin will start shedding and by day 40 all new skin body wide will be the result. That ends the need for all cream/lotions/potions.

What you put on your skin, ends up in the blood/liver. If you can't eat it, don't apply it.

This is why I promore BOOK I as the cure. Herbs as supplements.
