I followed my gut instict to just lay of of any type of food for 3 days. I must say, you are the first person to tell me to not eat and drink water. I appreciate all the information and advice. Im out of the real danger and now im eating cream of wheat (wheat farina) drinking lots of water. Tomorrow I will start juicing, and start with some coffee enemas as well. The mini olive oil intake still sounds scary to me even if its a teaspoon to begin, but it makes sense so I will start with that in 2 or 3 days. Do you think I can handle a standard liver flush. Im really paranoid that it can cause my hear to stop or something.
