I had a cortisone shot in my hip for my lips a couple years ago and while it did help my lips for a while it caused me to break out in zits and rashes all over my arms and thighs that lasted for months. And if you're thinking it might be a coincidence the derm told me he "had a feeling that might happen" after i went back to ask about my arms and legs. Do you know any natural products to help inflammation without side effects?
