Burning, sometimes a little but the cool cayenne is bound to fiber so it slowly dissolves and burning as it a minimum.

I take one a day right now but you really need to watch your overall toxicity and stop or increase depending on the die off you get.

From tests it works for Heartworms and all flukes must work against certain infections as well, start with the cool 100k and then maybe later make the Schultz tincture...
