I am not a fan of any soy products except the fermented ones like miso, tempeh and natto.  When it comes to lecithin, I share your concerns about almost all lecithin - which is really too bad, since it should be magical if not for all the crap most lecithin goes through.

HOWEVER, I do know of one excellent exception and that is the organic lecithin made by a unique process by Mountain Rose Herbs.  A bit pricey ($19 plus shipping for 16 ounces) but well worth it.  A good two item combo (one I just ordered for myself) would be to combine it with the grapeseed oil - super healthy and you can use it for your skin too as it is the best natural skin product/wrinkle reducer to be found, imho.
