I've been working on balancing my ph for less than two weeks, measuring with strips for not quite a week, and I need some advice.

The testing strips show that I'm getting results reducing my acidity levels, and becoming I've even got a balanced reading a couple of times.

BUT, my energy, motivation, mental abilities aren't improving as much as I'd hoped. I had the crazy idea that I would feel that "shift" that I have felt before, where the 'depression' glasses get cleaned off, and I see life as it is; full of challanges, but they are doable.

And it hasn't happened yet. Do I just need to be patient? Is there anything I can do to jump start my brain/mind/emotional health? Was it silly to expect that if I got a couple good readings of 7.2 and 7.4 that I would feel more energetic and upbeat? I am sleeping a bit better, my appetite has improved, and I am having less physical pain, but fatigue and lack of mental clarity, and even negative thoughts I'm ashamed to admit, are still plaguing me. In other words, I still feel depressed.
And advice, counsel, etc. are appreciated.

Any suggestions, ideas? I'm
