i tried joininh shelleys forum its asksheley.com just put that in search i joined and they never sent me confirmation link so i couldnt access it i emaild them asking me for the link but they never replied i wast impressed mybe you should try yeah ive had 3 colonics and have 3 bowel movemnets a day most days i use to be really constipted with my candida but touch wood last 3 months since colonics and doing castor oil liver packs and bowel build been going everyday its just this darm leaky gut and candida
