hmmmm you are right about probiotics and leaky gut need to take it easy. Really if you just focus on killing parasites and keeping your bowels clean while taking dandelion, you should be ok without probiotics {atleast till the gut heals} and possibly alkalining your gut is prior to healing the gut. something u should think about
shelley has this cal/mag liquid supplement i forgot what its called but it seems to be popular. I will let u know

ok im back its called CalMagFizz or a CalMagZinc. She recommends calmagfizz though.
are you taking any electrolytes? According to Andreas cortiz stress is a cause of acid body. Do you have stress issues?
lemon/water will help balance ph too
