By now everyone probability knows I am mainly an Andreas Moritz (Ayurveda) follower.
So for more than 3 years I have improved my health, lifestyle and have done a lot of cleanses.
It took me this long to start expanding my horizons and started reading other forums.
I read http://owen.curezone.com (he likes Andreas but disagrees on not taking any supplements). From his website I learned to use enzymes, especially when you eat the wrong combination of foods. I added a brasil nut a day for the selenium, I was already eating several almonds a day.
In Dec'05 I read up on urine therapy and incorporated that in my lifestyle, which even has helped more.
In the meantime I learned about that oxygen is important. Did the 25 drops cure with the 35% foodgrade H202. Did not feel too great on it, but finished it. Now only use 1 drop a day. As a supplement to this oxygen I started using 1-2 capsules Oxypowder a day (learned this from the cancertutor website).
Though Andreas always suggested to add angstrom minerals (he uses them) I never had gotten around to it, so now I have added Water of Life from Wateroz. Since about a week I also have added sole.
Then I read a lot of links about alkalinity and looked for an easy solution for myself. I already eat most of the rime rightly.
I accidently read on Dr.Clark's forum (though I am not a follower of her) under her book they mention Alkalinity and using sodium/potassium bicarbonate. It happens to be in Alka Seltzer Gold.
She talks especialy about low urine acid in the morning and the acid can't make it out of the feet.
I used to get up several times a night to straighten out my cramped toes. I followed her suggestion of never to have lower urine acid than 6 in the morning. I have been doing this and now for at least 4 nights my toes have not cramped up anymore.
So time will tell what the future holds, but now I will keep reading what else is around for general health.
