Hi all.
I am finding that after doing 18 liver flushes in 5 months that my liver is still recongesting quickly and is recongested by day 2 after a liver flush. I know I am not anywhere near done cleaning out this organ. The junk that is coming out is a LOT. Am also finding that there is a lot of pain with the recongesting. I did take this formula of Barefoot's for a month in the beginning. Thoughts have been running thru my head that I should have kept up with it for a while even before I saw your last post on this, Plz, and your own personal experience.
My question also pertains to having to do so many liver flushes over this period of time and the fact I find them debilitating even tho I am feeling a whole lot better that I was at the beginning. Or is this just part of the discomfort associated with dumping the liver of its debris?
I am wondering if, under these circumstances, a person should consider doing this formula for longer than a month, e.g., if it would help to lengthen the time the liver takes to recongest.
There is the general rule for taking this formula for a month for a lot of people, and then there are the exceptions to the rule. I know it is a personal decision, but there are also recommendations.
I felt I needed just a little more information than was in the previous post on this.
Thanks for the feedback.
