One of my concerns is that while zapping could some of the beneficial bacteria be killed off too?

I have also noticed more dehydration while receiving sessions and wonder if doubling up on water intake, as is reccommended, would correct the problem.

I spoke with a quantum biofeedback instructor and she said no way would the device cause constipation, but if it is already a problem then the release of toxins can cause a back up, which is why the extra intake of water is needed. She also said that anyone who tends toward constipation should take preventitive bowel stimulating supplements to ensure good detoxification during sessions.
