Yet, there are no large scale Studies on done on alkaline acid rebalancing or liver flushes, or coffee enemas for that matter. This holds true for alternative therapies in general, but yet we gauge the success of these largely of personal testimonials of people and our own experiences with the therapies. In the end, I gauge the effectiveness of these on how they work for me personally regardless of what others say. Credibility is what you make it. Like I told you in my previous post, I was not looking for a debate Strider. I understand and respect the fact that you don't agree with the DASH diet - I don't have issues with you voicing your opinion. Perhaps, there are people out there who tried DASH and found it useful, or perhaps, a few with high blood pressure may even try the DASH diet and find it useful - and in the end self experimentation and the end result is what really count as you can make an argument about the credibility of anything including alternative therapies. While I resepect your right to voice your opinion, there is no need to try and start a debate where no debate was called for.
Peace
