I would also like more updated information on sun bathing. Shelton covers the subject in great detail but he was noticably lacking in the ozone and cancer issues which have since become too important to ignore. It may be though that it's still a matter as you say of going out in the sun regularly, at least daily or twice daily and slowly increasing the time in the sun. I have tried this but it's hard to build a regular habit around something that can be as unpredictable as sunlight! I need to be more persistent that's for sure.
