You do have some worrying symptoms I am not sure if you are reading them right.
Have you done the schulzes foundatoin cleanse? or read about it? you should not really do liver fluse until you have a good 'regular' system to start with.

You sound like your liver is 'constipated' as schulze would say. If you had a good diet then I dont understand why you had this gall baldder attack? if that is what it was.
Gallblader pain would usually put poeple in hospital from what I have seen and been told.
build up on the scalp, can be the outcome of refined Sugar or the level of grease in the diet and this is one way your body tries to detox.

Liver failure would usually mean you go jaundiced (yellow skined) and very fatigued.
I think you should find out some basics like; BP, and cholesterol levels, and kidney/liver function blood tests.Then you will know if there is anything that is serious or likly to be.
Meanwhile keep off heavy fooods such as meat and dairy to see if this helps with digestion and do more smoothies and juicing. Dont think the foot patches will clear that up.
