I have gone through two bottles of bio-plasma myself... they could be offering some benefit. It is very difficult for me to say though as I do so many other things, like eating the very best I can, etc.

I do not take them as suggested for a "problem" though. I take a small maintenance dose, one time a day 5x a week...

Weekends, I back off of anything other than foods, at times liquid fasting.
