I finally decided to go ahead and bought the Cesium Chloride for external application. The vendor was not thrilled that I didn't go for the excessively expensive combo package with rubidium and germanium, however I have decided to try it this way (Cesium, Potassium, DMSO) and hope for the best.

I will definitely update - thank you again for your help and support!
