I agree on silver when it is used as a medicinal, but in trace amounts it will cause no harm, it is all about balance.

Blanket statements such as below are problematic...

“ALL METALS harm friendly bacteria”

&

“water must be cleaned of metals”

If this were true we would ALL be dead!

Fact is minerals, or metals, are required for the body to work properly, in all body functions! To suggest that metals harm bacteria is silly because without minerals/metal in our body there would be NO LIFE!

The fear factor on minerals is over blown and more harmful in the long run because people who read these statements go overboard and begin to avoid too many health promoting foods, such as fish (mercury contamination), fruits and veggies (for fear of pesticides) & water (chlorine & flouride).

Suddenly everyone is consuming acidic distilled water (which lacks any minerals), and afraid to eat all foods---then they are jumping from one protocol to the next trying to heal what ails them, which is simply what they are lacking in nutrition. This is when they get really sick, but call it detox. It is a sad cycle.
