I had read the links in one of Johnny Smith messages, so I had read about the inverse reaction. I have been testing my pH several times a day and though I am not so precise as Johnny I find my saliva is usually higher than my urine. Except after my liverflush (5.5)it is at least 6.
Since the last 30 days I have been taking oxygen through drops of 35% H202 in water, built up to 22 drops and now decreasing the drops till I get on maintenance.
Every night or other night I have been using 1/2 tablet of Alka Seltzer Gold.
I eat a lot of greens. May be twice a week I use Green Max and put ACV in my salad daily. I do liverflushes as maintenance every 4-8 weeks, since I have a 27 mm calcified gallstone, so I want to keep the liver (bile) working well.
I follow mainly Andreas Moritz instructions since that has worked for me.
