Baby needed your help before you got pregnant, same goes for your health now and for the future. YES, the cramps are a SIGN of nutritional needs such as natural calcium, who knows what the crap is your chiropractor suggested, if it looks white, then I suggest your only harming your health.

I suggest you set down and read the Dr. Mom Book NOW! I suggest you watch her Videos NOW, I suggest you start buying/reading books on vaccinations NOW and if the future dad refuses to understand vaccines, then your in for a long rough road ahead if your wanting to follow more towards NATURE!

Not to mention that I assume you have already done the standard prenatal vitamins. medical testing, etc., etc., etc..........

The Childhood Disease book NOW
Vaccination books of your choice on the internet, such as shot in the dark, etc..

I would suggest Christopher's herbal supplements for pregnant women, but you need to read first, need to be on the same base with the father, etc....all of which you are in a predicament in doing this late.

Your under medical care and the education I suggest will have you at odds with what you trust, so I can only suggest you read/learn/apply and thi baby can have a better start once born and your next one a better start before conceived.
